Tbilisi: First deputy of internal minister of Georgia Kakhaber Sabanadze held negotiations with aide of NATO Secretary General John Manza via online conference, press service of the ministry informs.
It’s noted that negotiating sides discussed issues belonged to competence of internal ministry of Georgia through NATO-Georgia collaboration.
,,Special attention was paid to importance of deepening ties in the field of Black Sea and enhancing operative compatibility with NATO.’’, the statement reads.
Also Sabanadze emphasized meaning of Georgia’s collaboration with Allied Maritime Command (MARCOM) and Joint Maritime Operations Center (JMOC) in the field of enhancing possibilities of informing about maritime areas in Black Sea region.
,,For the end of meeting, Kakhaber Sabanadze expressed gratitude to John Manza for unstinting support of NATO for Euro-Atlantic integration of Georgia.’’, the statement adds.
Moreover, online meeting was attended first deputy of defense minister Lela Chikovani and first deputy of foreign minister Vakhtang Makharoblishvili.
