Brussels: European Commission (EC) confirmed allocation of €100 million to EU countries for procurement of express tests in the framework of struggle against Covid-19.
It was stated by EC president Ursula Von Der Leyen in the Wednesday briefing.
,,We will mobilize 100 million euros in urgent assistance to purchase express tests that we will distribute among EU member states’’, she stated.
Previously, it was informed by some media that by 2022 only half of EU population will have received Covid-19 vaacine.
