Kyiv: World-famous actress Sophia Loren played in the new Netflix film ,,Life Ahead’’ based on Romain Gary book after 11-year pause.

Actress played in the movie directed by Loren’s son Edoardo Ponti, the role of Madame Rosa – aging Jew woman and Holocaust survivor, adopting 12-years-old Senegalese orphan Momo. 

,,The two loners become each other’s protectors, anchoring an unconventional family and helping each other handle the past pains’’, the synopsis reads.

Moreover, it’s known that film will be released in Italian.
